Delivery Information
As a first step, please use our Postcode tool below and check if we deliver to your Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast postcode.
Please note we may not deliver to all postcodes in these areas. If we don’t deliver to your postcode now, please subscribe to Barf Time.
We constantly check where our subscribers are based, and when we deliver to your area, we will notify you, and from there on, you will receive all our store updates & offers.
We offer two delivery timeslots from Monday to Friday
Morning (8 am – 12 pm) and Afternoon (1 pm – 4 pm). You may choose a delivery time on the checkout page, and we will do our best to meet this timeframe for you.

Delivery Costs
We offer a flat $10 (ex GST) delivery fee for all our current Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast locations for order under $100. We offer free delivery on any individual subscription or one-time purchase orders over $100
Pickup Orders
We currently have a pick-up option for customers located at Ingenia Rentals, 27 Holmead Rd, EIGHT MILE PLAINS 4113.

Important information for Pickup orders:
- Please ensure you pick-up your product in the order time selected to ensure your product remains cold for transport.
- Morning 9:00am – 1pm
- Afternoon 2:00pm – 4:30pm
- Your order will be available to collect from reception at the time selected on checkout.
- Reception is closed at Ingenia Rentals from 1pm – 2pm Monday to Friday
- Parking is available on Holmead Road opposite Ingenia Rentals
- This is a pick-up location only for online orders, no additional stock is held at this location for over-the-counter purchases.

Subscriber Cooler Bag
All subscription customers of Barf Time will receive their third (and all subsequent) deliveries in an 18L branded Barf Time cooler bag. In an effort to help the environment, we ask that our customers leave this cooler bag out on your next delivery, and we will replace it with another for the duration of your subscription with us.
Customers who lose or damage the cooler bag (outside of normal wear & tear) will be charged a minimal fee of $7.50 for a replacement bag. Any future lost or damaged bags beyond this minimal fee will be charged the total retail price of the bag at $15.
BARF Time is offering this solution to our customers in the hope this swap system is happily adopted. We get to offer you a handy reusable bag for everyday use, and we get to help the environment by reducing carbon waste. It’s a win-win!.
Subscriptions
Our subscription service offers our customers an automated debit and delivery service based on a payment & delivery frequency of either every 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks.
Customers can select this option by checking the *‘Subscribe & Save 5%’ button when adding items to their cart and selecting the frequency of the automatic delivery.
All first orders will be delivered on the delivery date selected on checkout.
Future orders will be delivered based on the delivery day/time selected on your first order eg. Tuesday between 8am – 12pm but this will be confirmed via email.
Please note that our flat rate delivery fee will automatically be charged for each individual delivery unless your order qualifies for Free Delivery (See Delivery Costs above)
Customers will be offered a 5%* discount on all products provided the customer manages the subscription. If the customer chooses to make a one-off purchase, they will forfeit the 5% discount and be billed at the full retail price.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and all customer subscriptions will be updated accordingly.

Updating your Subscription
All existing subscriptions must be updated five (5) days before your next scheduled order. This is to allow time for processing and packing the order.
Subscription customers will receive an email two (2) days before their next order’s lock window to allow time for any changes to their subscription.
Customers can log into their accounts anytime to edit their personal details and change/cancel their subscription order. To view your active subscriptions & to make any changes, please log into your My Account and navigate to the “Subscription Order” tab.

Where will the delivery driver leave my order?
The default drop-off point will be your front door.
Please secure your pets so that the driver can access the drop-off point on the delivery day without pets being able to come in contact with the driver or the food delivered. If you live in an apartment and you are not home we will try to leave it in your lobby where there will be sure to be CCTV present.
For any special delivery instructions, you can leave us a note at checkout.
Who will deliver my order and will I get notified?
Being a small, start-up business our own team will be delivering your orders, so you get that old-fashioned, family-owned feel with Barf Time.
We offer Email and SMS notifications when your order is confirmed, and will send you an automated delivery reminder day-before your delivery or pickup at 4pm.
Does Barf Time collect the used box and thermal insulation? Is the packaging recyclable?
We are very conscious of today’s human and pet food delivery companies using a lot of plastics and packaging! We will continue to work with our manufacturers to investigate better ways to get our products to you in the most sustainable way possible.
We will deliver all one-time and initial subscription deliveries in standard boxes with basic insulation. You are welcome to leave this out for collection on your next order so we can recycle the packaging.
For subscribers, from your third subscription delivery, we will supply you with a branded BARF Time cooler bag (valued at $15) to use during your subscription. We ask that from the time you receive your Cooler Bag, you leave your last bag out for collection on the day of your next order.
That way, we can help the environment together and reuse your Cooler Bag for future orders.
Please note that lost bags will incur a minimal $7.50 fee on the first instance and a full bag fee of $15.00 thereafter.
How long will my products stay cool after being delivered?
When we deliver your order with our insulation, your raw food should stay frozen for 2-4 hours.
Please be mindful that on hotter Queensland days, if left outside, this can shorten this timeframe, so it’s best to pick a timeframe that you know will be the shortest time between you receiving and popping the products in your freezer.
Is there a minimum term for a subscription?
No, there is no minimum term. You are welcome to cancel or pause your subscription with us at any time after your first order.
