3. Add the product with your selected frequency to your cart
4. Checkout as normal
Pro Tip: Make sure you select the same frequency for all products in your cart before you checkout, unless you want two seperate subscription orders

Is shipping included in Subscription Orders?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast locations.
Pickup orders from our Eight Mile Plains location are free for all orders.
How can I manage my subscription?
If you want to change the details of your subscription or see what your current subscription is, create an account. Click on “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of our website. Register or login. When you’re logged in, click the Subscription Orders button. If you still need help, please email us
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your subscription by logging into your Barf Time account and clicking “Subscription Orders”.
You can also email us and request a cancellation of your subscription.
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of 1 billing cycle before you may cancel.
What freqency can I select for my subscription?
You can select anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for your subscription frequency. If you decide to change your frequency, you can do so easily by changing it in your My Account.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Absolutely! When you log in to your Barf Time account, you can select “Subscription Orders” and then under your subscription order select “Make Changes”
How will I know when my next order is due?
You will receive a reminder email 2 days before your order goes into our “Lock Window” so you can make any final changes before your order is scheduled for processing.
Your nominated card will be processed in our secure Stripe enabled system.
How will I know when my next order is arriving or due for pickup?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email/sms confirming you order has been placed and then we will confirm you delivery/pick up date & time seperately.
We always aim to keep your day and time consistent each order so you can stay consistent with your feeding routines.
