Description
Loaded with skin-nourishing and anti-inflammatory goodness, our Inner Health BARF has been formulated to help dogs from the inside out address specific conditions/ailments such as obesity, diabetes, pancreatitis, arthritis, inflamed joints, allergies, digestive sensitivities, dry/itchy skin, bowel and liver issues, and cancer.
Overall, it can benefit any dog by providing unique ingredients that will help with its overall health and well-being. It is a great option to give to your dog in rotation with other recipes.
As with all Canine Country recipes, we add nutrient-dense and phytochemical-rich fruits and vegetables to this combination, topped off with our special extra ingredients, including (but not limited to) turmeric, dandelion, psyllium husk, and coconut oil.
Please note this product is not suitable for puppies eight months old and under.

About the Low Allergenic Range
Canine Country’s Low Allergy Range follows the simple philosophy of a healthy, species-appropriate, raw food diet in a simple protein form. If your dog has a known allergy to one or more commonly used meats in our mixed protein recipes, the Canine Country single protein range allows you to feed your dog all the goodness of a BARF-rich diet, using low-allergy proteins.
If feeding your dog a low allergy range long term, consider trying our Aussie Roo, Turkey & Organic Chicken recipes. Alternatively, our other single-protein diets may also be viable depending on your pet’s tastes, tolerance or health requirements.
Consider trialling other single protein options like Beef, Duck, Lamb or Fish; this way, your dog will benefit from a varied diet, including white and red meats.

Canine Country observes careful food safety practices in manufacturing. Their recipes are crafted in a hygienic commercial kitchen with strict sanitary measures on a per-product basis, with no crossover in ingredients during manufacturing. This ensures your products are made fresh, packaged and frozen immediately to ensure zero chance of cross-contamination & to preserve the nutrient value and freshness.
Product Shelf Life & Feeding
Canine Country uses no preservatives whatsoever. Artificial preservatives have been shown to cause serious harm to pets in both the short and long term. Preservative use is responsible for many product recalls in the pet industry, which are avoided altogether.
We recommend you freeze all products upon receiving your delivery and only move any products you intend to feed to your pet the next day.
Our shelf life is:
- Frozen: 12 months from package date (see packaging for date)
- Thawed & Refrigerated: Feed within 24-36 hours

Storage and Handling Instructions
- Keep frozen
Be sure to keep raw food portions frozen until ready for thawing. - Defrost properly
Place required portions of frozen raw food in the fridge (we recommend overnight defrosting in the fridge) and allow time for defrosting. Take out of the refrigerator to serve prior, if possible, at room temperature. Do not leave the raw food out of the refrigerator before serving too long, so your dog gets the best taste experience possible. - Storage and safety
Keep thawed patties in the fridge for no longer than 48 hours. This product is not intended to be cooked whatsoever. - Wash well
Thoroughly wash all utensils, serving areas and hands with warm, soapy water after contacting raw food. We recommend having utensils specifically used only for serving your pet’s food and for extra sanitary safety, make your serving area away from the areas you and your family commonly use for food serving and preparation.
